MONTHLY SATURDAY WORKSHOP: Yoga for Shoulder Strength, Mobility and Stability in Backbends and Shoulderstand

Strengthen and mobilize your shoulder joints through an uplifting practice that includes full inversions and backbends. In this fun and informative workshop we will explore urdhva mukha svanasana, urdhva dhanurasana, purvottanasana, and sarvangasana—AKA upward facing dog, wheel, upward facing plank, and shoulderstand. Develop knowledge and strength that will help you practice these poses with greater ease and confidence. Expect a lively, warming and energizing sequence that leads you into a deep release of the central nervous system at the end of class.
