MONTHLY SATURDAY WORKSHOP: Yoga for Shoulder Strength and Stability

Strengthen and mobilize your shoulder joints through an uplifting practice that includes full inversions and backbends. This fun, exploratory and informative workshop will enable you to approach poses like handstand, forearmstand, headstand, shoulderstand and full wheel with greater ease and confidence. Expect a lively, warming and energizing sequence that leads you into a deep release of the central nervous system at the end of class.
