SUNDAY MEDITATION SERIES: An Inquiry into the Source of Our Separation

Where is the line between what is outside and what is inside? Where does it come from?

Come and rest with these and more questions that take you to the heart of what constructs your reality. From a relaxed and meditative state, this deep and progressive Buddhist inquiry leads you to deconstruct your understanding of who you are and what separates you from others. Explore the line between what is outside of you and what is inside you, where that line comes from and how you can expand it. This wonderful practice prepares us to connect more fully and repair our relationships with others and with the world.

When we sit as a group, it offers a powerful container for the practice of meditation, often making it easier to drop into a calm state. This expansive state allows for sharper focus and can even yield unexpected insight.

Be part of this special sangha every Sunday in February after the Scoliosis and Fusions class. If you attend class, you will benefit from having just completed a full practice that prepares your mind to settle. We often sit up from savasana feeling ready for meditation!

You are also encouraged to join just for meditation when the class is over if you cannot make class or do not have scoliosis or a fusion. This meditation is open to everyone!

Sundays, 12:15-12:35p EST
February 7, 14, 21, 28

Contact me here to register. You can join even if you missed the first class.
