Hip Stability and Fluidity: An Exploration of Seated Poses

Learn techniques to help you release tension from the hips, root the legs and free the spine in a variety of seated poses. Explore dynamism and stillness in the joints of the lower body to carry the mind to a greater state of peace. Release both physical and mental stiffness as you develop range of motion with strength and grace. This will take you on a physical route straight into the lowest two chakras, where we learn to flexibly ground the body, mind, and emotions. Expect mudra and meditation practice, plenty of asana, and a deep dive into savasana at the end.

Level 2 and up.
Suitable for back issues if you already have an existing practice and know how to accommodate them (please email me about this here).
