This 4-class series covers the foundational skills you need to participate in the Scoliosis Basics and Scoliosis & Fusion classes at Yoga Union. You will be in the company of others like yourself who are new to the practice and will learn how to work with your scoliosis to develop greater spinal length as well as balance, ease and strength throughout the body. Learning these skills through a series will help you make a commitment to your yoga practice and integrate smoothly into the Yoga Union Scoliosis or Fusion classes.
